Basic General Cleaning Price Summary 

 * Cleanings prices are  based on the frequency and size of home, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning and  footage. Pricing Below is based on a standard 3bed/2bath (2000) square foot house or smaller, prices vary depending on the number of  bedrooms and bathrooms and the square footage. Also,  items to consider are; do you have animals, children, multiple  stories, carpet, tile, combination, how many mirrors and or wall mirrors then, adjust price accordingly. 


 Basic cleaning package $150+

 will include;

  • bathrooms( vanity, toilet, shower/tub, outer cabinets spot cleaned, and mirrors)
  • kitchen(counters, sinks, backsplash, stove top, microwave inside and out, toaster/toaster oven inside and out, outside of refrigerator wiped down , outside of oven wiped, outside of cabinets spot cleaned)
  • light dusting and polishing of living room and bedroom furniture, and wipe light covers
  • floors swept, vacuumed and moped
  • finger prints on glass doors spot cleaned
  • empty and take out trash

special cleaning Package  $175+
  • all above included and ;
  • dust blinds, fans, baseboards, interior doors
  • lanai swept, and outside tables wiped down
  • linens changed if needed
  • laundry room wiped down
  • front entrance swept
  • front door glass wiped down

Premium package $200 +
  • all above included plus;
  • All sliding glass doors cleaned every cleaning
